As long as it's got a decent single player, and doesn't end up being an MMO, I'll play it.  If it's a semi- MMO the way D2 was a semi-MMO, that's fine.  But let's not have another WoW, please...

Yeah, Kommy, look for any PL_<mapnamehere> maps or any Payload servers and you'll see what we're talking about.

Yeah, that's a fun one.  Usually goes on way past the time limit though.  Sometimes TF2 glitches and doesn't activate "stalemate" and it just goes on and on.

I kinda like how you can shoot sticky nades around.  Kinda helps with countering trap strategies like that lol.

But yeah, a Kali Payload server would be sweet, especially if Hogweed or Kommy or someone could make an old-style hunted port for it somehow.

I have mixed feelings about the new game mode.  It gets rid of problems with idiot prezs who never leave spawn or run out in front of the bodyguards, but it makes it a lot harder to get creative with strategy.

lol...  That reminds me, I got a couple buddies who ship out for USMC boot camp at Camp Pendleton in a couple of weeks.

Sounds like fun.  Be safe, though.  A small tip:  If you see someone go down, or for some reason you need to get through the crowd quickly, you'd be surprised how fast people get out of the way if you use a small pressure point behind their ear or another one under their jaw with your thumb.  Or if you just grab their face and push on their nose so they turn.  Good crowd control techniques to know for very condensed areas.

Sadly, there's no Hunted for TF2, as they removed the Civilian class for some reason.  However, Fortress Forever, an alternative Source-based TFC-style game, does have a civilian class, and a hunted map, and a direct port hunted map, made by one of the heads of this very community.  That game is free.  www.fortress-forever.com.  Although, I believe it's a tad bit more buggy than TF2.
