It's all started in June of 1998. Kali Hunted server was hosted and run by a company called Kali. If my memory doesn't fail me - they designed a game browser sort of like Gamespy.

The first and original KaliKop and the creator of KaliKops was BUM. Not only he created and volunteered to keep an eye on the server but he also was an inventor of WONID hence Valve and WON assigned him an ID of “1”.

BUM, Pale Horse, Kieran, Kingram were the first 4 KaliKops that ruled Kali Hunted server with an iron fist. At that time we only had stats page that was generated by the Kali company itself and a guestbook provided by Kingram on his personal web page.

KaliKops ranks grew in size as Kali Hunted server was getting more popular and required more administrators to keep server running. Also at that point we got our message board running on one of those free forum hosting places. These were the golden days. BUM also turned over the KaliKops to Kingram, but he was still in charge of hiring and firing KaliKops.

Then suddenly in 1999 Kali Corporation shut down the server and announced that due to some budget cuts they would no longer operate and run Kali Hunted server. At that point one of the KaliKops named Kommy took upon himself to build a new server in one day and provide hosting for Kali Hunted. The legacy continued.

About the same time Kingram got his hands on a sweet T1 cable connection and started hosting Kali2 with custom maps and for regular matches. (Dustbowl, Pull, etc..) Eventually it was decided that Kingram should host Kali Hunted on his much superior connection- hence the server was sent on its way to Kingram.

Right about the same time smoke_Bones became the manager of the KaliKops while Kingram was the owner. Also admin mod was implemented by smoke_Bones and admin groups created.  Around the same time Kali regular and KaliKop -Uncle Smitty started NEW hunted server. BUM also retired but he would still come and visit us publicly or undercover and give us his advice and ideas.

Around 2002 exec board was created which consisted of the KaliKops owner Kingram and other co-owners. Around 2003 a KaliKop named Afterdark volunteered to host Kali Hunted server on a nice commercial backbone and the deal was made.

As of now we have Kali Hunted , NEW Hunted servers running 24 hours (on Steam) . We have full website with a huge community forums and IRC server connections provided by Synergy.
